Arrow Products specialises in processing locally caught Gould’s Squid (Nototodarus gouldi), commonly known as Arrow Squid, into a variety of product formats. We work closely with Portland’s fishing fleet, operating under the South-East Trawl and Inshore Line Fisheries, to source high-quality, sustainably caught species. Australia is home to some of the best-managed fisheries in the world, and we take great pride in contributing to this responsible value chain. Catches are landed at the Portland wharf, less than a kilometre from our processing facility — ensuring minimal time from ocean to processing and maximum freshness. Our fish is available both fresh and snap frozen for retail and wholesale applications. At Arrow Products, fresh means fresh. We never thaw frozen fish and sell it as fresh — a commitment to honesty and quality that may sometimes mean our fridge is empty, but our integrity never is.

Our Southern Rock Lobsters (Jasus edwardsii), fondly known as “crays” by locals, are sourced from the pristine southern Australian waters. At Arrow Products, our world-class live holding system allows us to maintain lobsters in optimal conditions, ensuring exceptional quality right up until they reach our customers. Southern Rock Lobster is available live, freshly cooked or frozen, subject to seasonal availability.
We hunt around for the plumpest, juiciest Pacific Oysters (Magallana gigas) from the pristine growing waters of South Australia and Tasmania. Carefully selected for quality, flavour and condition, our oysters are available live in the shell or freshly shucked in store — ready to enjoy.
We also offer a range of premium seafood — including Atlantic Salmon, Prawns, Mussels, and Abalone — sourced from trusted local suppliers. Availability may vary with demand and season, and products are offered fresh or frozen.
