Arrow Products specialises in processing locally caught Gould’s Squid (Nototodarus gouldi), commonly known as Arrow Squid, into a variety of product formats. We work closely with Portland’s fishing fleet, operating under the South-East Trawl and Inshore Line Fisheries, to source high-quality, sustainably caught species. Australia is home to some of the best-managed fisheries in the world, and we take great pride in contributing to this responsible value chain. Catches are landed at the Portland wharf, less than a kilometre from our processing facility — ensuring minimal time from ocean to processing and maximum freshness. Our fish is available both fresh and snap frozen. At Arrow Products, fresh means fresh. We never thaw frozen fish and sell it as fresh — a commitment to honesty and quality that may sometimes mean our fridge is empty, but our integrity never is.
