Eugene, a seasoned food scientist with a passion for innovation, engineering, and food safety, leads the business with a hands-on approach. We specialise in processing locally caught jigged squid and also work closely with Portland’s fishing fleet to source sustainably caught fish. In addition, we offer a range of other premium seafood such as salmon, prawns, oysters, mussels, abalone etc. Flaked ice is also available for purchase.
